Our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process is designed to be seamless and efficient, utilizing modern technology to enhance the customer experience. Customers and end-users can easily initiate the process by clicking here to submit an RMA request and generate an RMA number. Upon submission, one of our dedicated experts will promptly review the request and respond to ensure a swift resolution.
After submitting form to MDI Security Systems LLC a representative will contact you with further instructions and issue RMA number. Any request for an advance replacement part will require troubleshooting and issuance of a case # through our Technical Support Department prior to submission of RMA Request Form. Do not ship to manufacturer until receiving RMA number. Purchase order maybe required for evaluation and or possible repair before shipment.

Discounted Exchange - Requires Approval First before returning above product to MDI Security Systems LLC. Mark outside of box with RMA#.
Please note - All products sent to Monitor Dynamics must be returned in the exact condition in which they were originally received. Defacing of products in any way i.e. scratches, missing or broken components, markings of any sort will result in an immediate disqualification for credit and warranty maybe voided.
