After submitting form to MDI Security Systems LLC a representative will contact you with further instructions and issue RMA number. Any request for an advance replacement part will require troubleshooting and issuance of a case # through our Technical Support Department prior to submission of RMA Request Form. Do not ship to manufacturer until receiving RMA number. Purchase order maybe required for evaluation and or possible repair before shipment.

Please note - All products sent to Monitor Dynamics must be returned in the exact condition in which they were originally received.
