This message serves as an official notice that the 60-day grace period for MDI Systems user certification has ended. As of today, all certifications obtained prior to May 2024 are no longer valid.
Moving forward, only certified users will be eligible to receive technical support and products from Monitor Dynamics. To maintain support eligibility, users must hold a current certification through the Monitor Dynamics Academy.
If a student can provide proof of active enrollment in a certification course, exceptions will be made during their training period.
Reminder: IDC Equipment Lifetime Warranty Terms
All IDC equipment is covered under a lifetime warranty, provided the following conditions are met:
- Installation and maintenance are performed by aย certified technician.
- The end user maintains aย valid Service Level Agreement (SLA)ย with MDI.
- The equipment hasย not been damaged or destroyed by an Act of Godย (e.g., lightning, fire, flood, or other natural events).
